Day 23 – Assignment: Purge files.
Today my assignment from Tracy is to purge files from my file cabinet. As I have mentioned before, I love my file cabinet. It is big, low to the floor and it is meant for the larger, legal files. I can easily roll my chair from my desk and file or retrieve a file without getting up. Why exert extra energy if you don’t need to, right? Maybe I can engrave that on a plaque for my desk.
I can also easily see the content of files without pulling them out because they sit low in the bottom drawer.
It has been awhile (by awhile I mean never) since I have purged the files in this cabinet. I am just giving them a quick sweep for the obvious that can be tossed or shredded.
This is where I turn the tunes on while completing the project.
