On the show we asked her to share her story, why she chose the name peak 313, what the “right” questions we should be asking and how to overcome obstacles holding us back.
Then, Tracy whined a little about how she doesn’t like to workout and never wants to workout and has issues with people who love working out. After Chelle finally got her to shut it up Clare gave us ONE thing that we can do to cut through the overwhelm to get physically fit…or at least get started!
